This video demonstrates cooking with a Le Creuset french oven - well if it's not a Le Creuset its very similar and this video will show you how it can be used and just how convenient a french oven can be. He's cooking chicken wings with vegetables. The veggies go in the french oven. Of course there are a host of other dished you could prepare in a french oven such as chicken goulash, chicken marengo, spanish rice, tandoori chicken or burgundy beef. French ovens are ideal for dishes that require a long slow cook but they can be used for other things.
